Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide.


Where do you ship from?

We ship from various factories and suppliers located in South-Asia, the whereabouts of thoses factories depend on the product we sell.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders very quickly, so any change or cancellation must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this delay, we can no longer modify the order — but you can still return it for a full refund once you receive it.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including:                   

VISA, Mastercard, American Express...

Please note that due to taxation issues PayPal cannot be used as a payment method, in the Store NolanZee. 


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing, plus an additional day for shipping.
During holidays or sale periods, processing may take longer, feel free to reach out.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand for our fitness products and other factors, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on your location.


What if I don't receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. contact support@nolanzee.com with your product ID if you believe so.


Will I be charged customs or taxes?

Our prices are tax-free, which means you may be responsible for import duties or customs fees once your package arrives in your country.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not covered by NolanZee.

How do I return an item?

Simply email us at support@nolanzee.com and our team will guide you through the return process. Please precise in the object of your email the word "RETURNING" to facillitate the process.


What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If you receive an incorrect, missing, or damaged item, please contact us immediately.
Include your order number, photos of the item, and any relevant details.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
If you used a credit or debit card, the refund typically appears within 7–10 business days after your return is processed or your cancellation is approved.
If you don’t see the refund, please contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary.
